I love this place...they deliver to my home in an area where no other restaurant will take the time- takes a while to arrive most nights, but I just know that now. Everyone is friendly and pleasant, no hassles plus bonus is the food is really good. Stay away from the shrimp basket, it's actually a french fry basket, but the pizza, wings wraps and sandwiches have all been great. Definitely try a white pizza with spinach and ricotta cheese, excellent, as is the sausage and mushroom!

Another good traditional pizza joint. They deliver though so I give them a good amount of business.

Got delivery tonight. Pizza was soggy. We also got an Italian grinder that showed up cold. We called Vince & friends first but there delivery was going to take longer . Obviously there was a reason for that ! I wish we would of just waited for vinnies.....

From a "Jersey girl" who likes thin, chewy crust pizza this is a win. The crust is yeasty and chewy. It tastes fresh and the sauce has a distinct basil flavor. The sauce has a good balance between sweet and savory (I don't like sweet pizza sauce, their sauce has slight hint of sweetness and is wonderfully balanced). The calamari was absolutely perfect!!! You would be hard pressed to find a better calamari at the finest restaurants in NYC. That said the the marinara that accompanied the calamari is unremarkable. The service was super friendly and our food came out quickly. We went to dinner early to make sure we made a 7pm movie. We ended up with time to kill and our server invited us to make ourselves comfortable and relax until we were ready to head over to the theatre (40 min later). Definitely will be our go to pizza place from now on.

Whenever we are in town we stop by for lunch or dinner. Stop by for pizza and sports! We enjoy their pizza and desserts. The staff is always friendly. Also they just got in new booths.

Mario's is the type of place with above-average pizza, decent cheesesteaks and so-so hoagies. If I want lunch and I'm standing there in front of Mario's and Subway, I'll choose Mario's almost every time. The pizza is solid, tasty and a nice crust. The cheesesteaks are good but suffer from a lack of sauce and cheese -- if you ask they'll put on extra so I suggest asking for extra sauce and cheese. I've always found the folks working there from owner on down to be veyr personable... always willing to chew the fat and talk soccer (football to them),

I really think this place has the best pizza that I have ever had in my life, and I've tried SO many different pizza places. Their sandwiches are good, and so are their salads. The fried food and pasta is what's to be expected from a place such as this; decent, but nothing to write home about. Their pizzas are not as cheap as you'd get at Pizza Hut, but they are well worth it. When I move, I'm going to get them to make some pizzas that I can freeze and take with me, because I fear that I will always be a pizza snob after this place. Oh, and it doesn't matter which pizza you get, they're all wonderful. Grandma's pizza is to die for, but don't die when they tell you it takes an hour to make. You'll thank yourself.

One time about 6 years ago when I was walking along Main St with a friend, we stopped in here to buy sodas and sat down inside drinking them. I think we were there for 20 minutes. One of the people who worked here told us we were loitering, and had to leave, even though we were paying customers. We were confused, as Marios isn't a sit down restaurant. It's a casual seat-yourself kind of place without servers, ie you grab the food at the counter. Anyway, that's why I'm not planning on going back here. If they want to make potential customers feel unwelcome, they will lose business. Who knows, maybe next time I would've bought a slice? Then would it have been ok to sit down for a while? The food is decent.

Used to come here from time to time to mix things up with other local pizza shops until a few months back when the owner's son got snotty with me while I was picking up the food. No excuse for that type of behavior. It never ceases to amaze me how some places will shoot themselves in the foot with that type of stuff. You'd think they would know better. As for the food, the cheese steaks here are decent, the hoagies are less so, the pizza is what I call average (not great, not bad). The pizza at the other local shops (especially Tosco's) is far superior. In fact I've found that pretty much all the food you'll get at competing Italian restaurants is better than Mario's. I think the only area Mario's really excels is at sides like fries, fried mushrooms, etc. Mario's is always running coupons in the local paper so I'm guessing that's what keeps a steady flow of customers coming in.

The pizza is a step above frozen at best. I can't believe how much this place has gone downhill in the last few years. After my last experience with some employees being rude I'll never go back again.

I came to this place in its opening week. I wasn't too sure about it at the time because there are so many other good pizza places in the area. But over the years it has become the only one I want to eat at. The owner, Sal, is a real family guy. And because he's almost always there his family helps him run the place. I feel like you become part of the family the more you go over. And get to know them all. As for the food, the white pizzas are the best I've had, right next to the ones I had in Italy. He loads the garlic on there just right. And make sure to get a bunch of the garlic knots, they are like their version of bread sticks drenched in olive oil and garlic. I don't live in the Valley anymore, but whenever I am remotely close (Collegeville), I make the long trip with some friends and gorge ourselves with pizza at Mario's. And I always wish that they would open shop in Pittsburgh. I don't know if they deliver, but I really enjoy dining in.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
